About Rapax

We take the operating cost out of service assurance.

Rapax builds NOC-in-a-Box: monitoring, correlation, ticketing and reporting in one platform that a small team can run. Capabilities that once took a carrier’s budget and a platform team now run on one server, for a network of a few hundred devices.

Why we exist

The license was never the expensive part.

Our founder spent 25 years watching organizations buy capable assurance tools and then discover they needed people they didn’t have: engineers who understand polling, thresholds, correlation rules and upgrades. Without them, monitoring ended in a permanent struggle with vendor support, an expensive outsourcing deal, quiet failure, or the team’s best people pulled off the network to keep the tools alive.

Rapax 2.0 is our answer: a platform built so one NOC manager runs it in a couple of hours a week, with AI agents doing the watching, sorting and paperwork, and people making the calls.

How we work

Four commitments.

Honest numbers

Every statistic we publish has a named source. Our own models show their assumptions, and design targets are labeled as targets.

Your data stays yours

Dedicated hosting per customer in the region you choose. Back up and download your data and configuration at any time.

People make the calls

AI is how the work gets done, not the headline. Answers cite sources, and changes wait for a person to confirm them.

Tested before it ships

ZAP/OWASP security testing is part of every release. Rapax 2.0 passed 46 of 46 test suites at general availability.
